DISCLAIMER: We apologize in advance for the audio sounding a tad weird in places this week. Had a bit of technical difficulty with DJ's mic this week and Marcus did his best to salvage it.
This week in "What We've Been Playing": Marcus used the $15 PSN voucher to re-download Dragon Age Inqusition; Jordan used his to check out Battlefield 5 until he jumped back into Assassin's Creed: Odyssey for some demi-god goodness; and then DJ & Marcus share more wild stories (and gripes) from the Wild West of Red Dead Redemption 2 while Jordan looks down from his post game castle.
In gaming news: We talk about Shenmue 3 crowdfunding closing at over 7 million dollars; the new "discs-less" Xbox One; Super Smash Ultimate making pre-sale history; Rappers wanting Epic to run them pockets over the ongoing Fortnite dance scandal; and Crackdown 3's zero micro-transaction promise.
Instead of a culture topic, we talk about the travesty that is Fallout 76.

Instead of a culture topic, we do a deep dive on the recently announce nominees for the 2018 Game Awards and give our thoughts/pick winners.

This week in gaming news, we pay our respects to Stan Lee and Prima Games, then we talk about: The reveal of the second part of Spiderman's City That Never Sleeps DLC Pack, Turf Wars; How Dj hopes Pikachu uses Thunder in the new Detective Pikachu movie; Being surprised that Playstation Now accounted for 52% of the total revenue made from game streaming subscription services; How Playstation users are not amused by Chicago's Amusement tax; and briefly touch on The 2018 Game Award categories (more about that in the next episode). 
Then we end the cast, by discussing the surprisingly hype XO18 Inside Xbox event.

This week, DJ, Jordan, and Marcus discuss the game(s) they played this week: Marcus beats Spiderman: The Heist; Jordan took a "break" from RDR2 and whipped the whip in Forza 5; Then we all talk about Red Dead Redemption 2 in depth, faults and all.
This week in gaming news, we talk about: Game director Junichi Masuda might be stepping down from Pokemon; Henry Cavill's Geralt becomes the next victim of the Hollywood trash wig fiasco; Red Dead Redemption 2 having the biggest opening weekend in entertainment history...if you forget about Grand Theft Auto 5 release records; Overwatch trying to stay in the zeitgeist by releasing a western styled character Ashe; and then we get into the details of Nintendo's final Smash Direct.  
We ran out of time to get to our culture topic this week, so we will save for next week.

This week in gaming news, we talk about: Drake becomes co-owner of an E-Sports brand 100 Thieves, in his attempt to take over another entertainment industry; 2B from Nier Automata doing the robot in Soul Calibur 6 and Battlefield 5 playing it safe and delaying its battle royale mode until spring 2019. 
In this weeks culture topic, we get all spooky and go around the table to talk about our scary moments in gaming.

Level 2.34 - Game Developer Crunch, Is It Needed?

In this Camless episode, the crew discusses what they're playing this week, including new and VERY old. Marcus and his punk threaded Spiderman continues to terrorize evildoers looking to make a quick buck. Additionally, Marcus dusts off the cobwebs layered ontop the forgotten title, Mass Effect Andromeda.  Jordan continues his odyssey while playing Assassins Creed Odyssey and its neverending tutorial mode. And finally, DJ and Jordan discuss Black Ops 4's multiplayer and amazing cutscenes.  
This week in gaming news, we talk about: Spiderman's new game plus and new difficulty option leading into its first Story DLC, Soul Calibur's vulgar character creations, Star Link being the No Man Sky we wanted but not deserved, and Skybound's Reddit AMA. 
In this weeks culture topic, the gang discusses working conditions in relation to video game development.

Level 2.33 - Can we change our names on PSN to Sony Playstation now?

In this episode, Cam makes his triumphant return to the podcast, and is joined by Dj, Marcus, and Jordan talk about what they played this week. Marcus continues having fun being the best non-warlock guardian in Destiny 2. Cam gives his long-anticipated takes on Marvel's Spiderman. Jordan tells a tale of his first encounter with the most "un-fuck-with-able" bounty hunter in Assassin Creed Odyssey and his pet named Yogi. Then Jordan and Dj talk about their time with Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. Spoiler warning but that specialist HQ intro story is absolutely crazy.
This week in gaming news, we talk about: Playstation FINALLY giving us the ability change our usernames...but with caveats; The PSN message exploit that has been bricking consoles; The ups and downs of the Fallout 76 gameplay coverage; Borderlands blasting its way onto PSVR and Destiny's DLC change that may symbolize troubling times ahead for Bungie (or, you know, maybe they're just feeling generous).

Level 2.32 - Can You Stream An Odyssey?

In this episode, Dj, Marcus, and Jordan talk about what they played this week. Marcus talks about how a zombie forced his hand in episode two of Telltale's Walking Dead: Final Season. Jordan goes on about Forza Horizon being the best driving game ever to be created (completely not hyperbolic at all) and how bounty hunters in Assassin Creed Odyssey are to be taken all-the-way serious. Dj see into the VR matrix to give early impressions on Astro Bot, discovers the code for motion sickness in Starbound, and tells all about his Vegas VR experience (which also involved zombies).
This week in gaming news, we talk about: How everyone and their gaming grandmothers are getting the Spiderman platinum; Telltale "living" to tell another tale by the good graces of Robert Kirkman's company, Skybound; Microsoft insuring console dominance next generation with their new streaming project Project X Cloud; Google running guns blazing into the world of streaming with their new service Project Stream; Pornhub leaking games; and Sony finally tearing down the walls to allow Fortnite cross-play.
